At Grain Wood Furniture, we want you to be completely satisfied with your solid wood furniture. If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Prepare the Package
Carefully disassemble the item and place it back into its original box with all hardware and assembly instructions included to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label to the box and drop it off at an authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup for larger freight items.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
